Refund policy

Quantum Pottingar offers energy-based services (energetic landscapes and mandalas, channelled messages, and psychic development sessions) and digital products delivered via Internet download (artwork from energetic landscapes, mandalas, channelled messages, e-books, and documents for psychic development sessions). As such, products are not eligible for return, and we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about a custom energetic landscape order or channelled message within 48 hours of purchase, we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a refund upon your request. After 48 hours, work will have begun on your custom energetic landscape or channelled message, and no refund will be issued.

If you change your mind about a psychic development session, you must cancel your order at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. We also require 24 hours notice to reschedule a session.

If you are within the 48-hour cooling off period for purchase of custom energetic landscapes or channelled messages, or it is at least 24 hours before a scheduled psychic development session, please email your cancellation request to quantumpottingar@quantumpottingar.ca and let us know your name, address, and order number. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your request, please contact us at quantumpottingar@quantumpottingar.ca.
